Great terraced house in quiet location above Cala Pi on the romantic wild cliffs in the south of Mallorca.
A very well maintained house perfect for the family. The equipment is handicapped accessible and absolutely thought out. Planned by German architects and built in 2008. Time has passed without a trace on the house, because it was maintained by the owners with much love and effort. The owners run a construction company themselves, so all work was done professionally. The rooms are spacious and practical. Large window elements provide for light-flooded rooms.
From the living-dining room the windows can be opened wide to the front terrace.
The front garden is easy to maintain with some fruit trees. The pool with 3 x 6 m offers refreshment in summer, if you do not want to walk into the bay of Cala Pi.
On the back terrace you can use the outdoor kitchen. Here you are undisturbed, because behind the house the green zone begins.
On the upper floor there are 3 more rooms and a bathroom with shower. Two of the rooms have a private terrace with a view of the sea and an incredible sunset.
Each room is equipped with air-conditioning hot/cold.
